A Love Letter to March.

Founder’s Notes:

March carries the energy of renewal, refresh, and forward movement. It is the bridge between winter’s solitude and spring’s expansion, reminding us that growth happens in phases. There’s a quiet magic to this month, calling us to shake off stagnation, step into clarity, and welcome new beginnings with open arms.

January and February may have felt like a deep clearing, stripping away what no longer fits. Now, clarity is key to fully embracing the real new year. If we are truly aligning mind, body, and spirit with the seasons, you may have noticed that no matter how much you resisted rest, you were pulled in that direction. Solitude offers clarity. Perspective. The space to refine, rebrand, and break through fears that have led to transformation. If you’ve done that work, I commend you it hasn’t been easy. But you are here.

As the days grow lighter and the air shifts, we are invited to realign with our purpose, embrace change, and continue planting seeds for what’s to come. March carries momentum an undeniable pull toward evolution, urging us to move with intention and trust the unfolding.

Mind & Body

March is a time to refresh, reset, and prepare for expansion. Prioritizing hydration, movement, and mindful breathing will support both body and mind as we transition into a new season. Skincare should focus on replenishment and protection, as the shifting weather may bring changes to our skin’s needs. Rituals that ground journaling, deep stretching, and slow mornings will help anchor this month’s fast-moving energy.

This is also a powerful time to set intentions, cleanse your space, and make room physically, emotionally, and spiritually for what you want to bloom.
