Love Letter to April.

Radio City Music Hall NYC

Founder Notes:

Ending March at Cleo’s concert set the perfect tone for this shift. I was mesmerized by the color orange. SO vibrant, energizing, and symbolic of the season. The entire experience felt like one collective sound bath, a moment of release before stepping into something new. Shortly after, I peacefully closed my Weehawken location, making space for a fresh chapter. This transition has been necessary, not just for growth but for preservation. I’ve always taken my personal space seriously, and this shift will allow us to connect in a more intimate, valuable way. And I am so ready for it.

April is the deep, good sigh after a long inhale. The energy shifts from deep introspection to awakened movement, nudging us to step forward with renewed clarity. This month holds the promise of fresh pages, growth, and the unfolding of what we’ve been preparing for. If March was the bridge, April is the reminder that growth isn’t always loud. Some of the most powerful transformations happen in stillness, long before they’re seen. This month carries a fiery reassurance that things are coming together—even if they had to go through the fire first.

April carries the energy of resurfacing and activation. The seeds planted in the quiet of winter begin to bloom, showing us the first signs of what’s possible. There is momentum now, but it’s not about rushing.

“It’s about moving with purpose.”

This month calls for trust in your process, embracing the lessons of the past few months while making space for new opportunities. Growth isn’t always loud; sometimes, the most powerful transformations happen in stillness before they’re seen. April reassures us that everything is aligning, even if it had to be refined by fire first.

Mind & Body.

With the change in season, our bodies and minds crave balance. Prioritize nourishment, hydration, seasonal foods, and movement that energizes rather than drains. Skincare should focus on renewal, hydration, and sun protection as we transition into longer days. Grounding rituals like morning stretching, deep breaths in fresh air, and moments of stillness will help you stay connected as energy shifts. As nature blooms, allow yourself to bloom too. Shed the old, embrace the new, and move with intention.

Thank you April in advance we are ready for you!
