Working Through Change & Transformation: Rebrand & Relocation.
I’ve been sitting with this for some time. I think back on the weight on my chest when I got that call. My landlord, now working with a "new partner," wanted the space back.
This was a space I poured my heart into. I took something raw, invested my time, my labor, my resources, and nurtured it into something special.
After giving myself time to grieve, I took a step back to process. Deep down, I knew change was coming, but the way it happened suddenly, unprofessionally left me feeling shaken. I could choose to stay stuck, resist the change, or I could honor what I’ve created and trust that when one door closes, another opens.
I’m so grateful for the clients who’ve stuck by me through this winter, showing up despite not being given suffiencent heat, the challenges, and everything in between. Your support means everything.
I could have fought to stay in a space that no longer served me, but I know my worth. I built that space, it didn’t make me. And now, it’s time for me to spread my wings.
Not everyone will understand your vision, but I’m proud of what we’ve built together. The relationships, the energy, the healing it all lives beyond these walls. Palace One Eleven has always existed beyond this location, and it will keep growing.
As we approach year five, I feel the pull to serve my community in a deeper way, to return to the heart of my work: creating, healing, evolving. We opened this space in Winter ‘23, and it has expanded my vision for this brand through the incredible people I’ve shared space with every day.

For those of you who’ve seen the light I poured into this space, know that I’m taking it with me. This isn’t an ending it’s a shift, a pivot, an evolution. And I’m choosing alignment.
