All orders are shipped via USPS. Rates are calculated through USPS calculator. Please allow 4-8 business days for orders to process.

My order arrived damaged. What should I do? 


The quality of your experience and products are important to us. If an item arrives damaged please submit photos and video immediately to Shop@palalceoneleleven.com . Due to the reflective nature of the products, videos are required to showcase details that may not be captured in images. An investigation with USPS will be initiated on your behalf utilizing the images and details provided.

My order has been delayed in transit for a long time is this normal ? 

Due to Covid-19 and understaffing with UPSP occasionally we run into delivery issues or delays. If it shows your item has been accepted by usps but has a longer than normal delivery issue. We can initate a claim or investigation for you on your behalf by emailing Shop@palalceoneleleven.com with your order number. Considering the package is in Usps’s possession we can not honor or issue a refund immediatley. The outcome will be determined after escalated to USPS claims.

Jewel Room

all custom jewelry orders require 8 to 10 days production time. Once jewel is produced and customized custom jewelry is non refundable. Damaged jewelry in the event your jewelry arrives damaged please take photos upon arrival and ship them to shop@palaceoneeleven.com

Note: Crystal prices are based on quality value, weight, how rare and size. No one crystal is the same. there will be a slight detail difference in each crystal.

Crystals may adjust very slightly in cost upon restock based on weight and size.  Up to 2 Dollars USD Maximum. The cost can also decrease based on the weight & size.
