Palace One Eleven Custom Lockets

Mother's Day is approaching, and as promised, we are doing a small run of custom lockets. Yes, I know!

We got you covered, with pictures included as well.

14k gold-plated locket with 14k gold-plated necklace.

Pictures will be laminated for protection.

Please review the instructions prior to placing your order, as there are specific directions.

Send pictures within 24 hours of your order being placed. 

If you will not be using a photo in your locket, please type “no photo” in the notes at checkout. 

Best practices for printing selection:

Picture Perfect: Opt for crystal-clear images that ensure your locket's charm shines through. We resize all images for print; however, we notice that for lockets with more than one person in the photo, it’s best to choose an image where faces are close. 

Less is more. Choose photos with minimal background clutter for a clean, captivating look.

Memories: Pick photos brimming with emotion and love, turning your locket into a tiny treasure chest of cherished moments.

To have your lockets ready, the order must be placed as preordered to prepare assembly. Please email your photo requirements as listed above with the choice to pick up.

Times of pickup:

Locket pickup starts on Wednesday of next week (May 8th) at the home store. With a cutoff time of 2 p.m. on Saturday, May 11th, lockets requiring photos can be picked up starting on Wednesday after 3 p.m..

Lockets without a photo can be picked up at any time during regular hours of operation, with a cutoff time of 2 p.m. Saturday, May 11th

Guidelines for Online Orders:

Please email shop@palaceoneeleven.com with two or three of your best photos.

After placing your order, send photos no later than 24 hours later.

In the notes section during checkout, please write "no photo" if you will not be utilizing a photo in your locket.

The order deadline for Mother's Day lockets is Wednesday, May 8th. Pictures must be received by Thursday at the latest by 10 a.m. Lockets will be shipped out on a two-day priority basis.

Orders placed after Thursday for lockets will be mailed standard.
